Mind Blowing Science Show
Years K-6 (Early Stage 1, Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 3)
Things are not always what they seem in this eye-opening show featuring improbable biology, fascinating physics tricks, staggering space science, and incredible chemical reactions. New in 2025, this fun-filled show is jam-packed with laughs and audience participation, and it was performed for thousands of school students and families during National Science Week.
For Special Events (e.g. museums and science festivals), a 30-minute version of the ‘Mind Blowing Science Show’ is available for children aged 3-12 years and their families.
Syllabus Outcomes:
The ‘Mind Blowing Science Show’ covers a range of different science topics including Living World, Material World, Physical World, and Earth and Space Science.
Demonstrations include:
– Colour-changing chemical reactions
– Elephant toothpaste
– Slow motion gravity
– Scale-model Solar System
– Space probe jet propulsion
– Binaural hearing test
– Floating Bernoulli balls
– Fascinating fast facts about animal adaptations

Primary School Booking Terms and Conditions
2026 price: $710 + GST ($781 including GST) per session
Duration: 50-60 minutes per session including question time
Audience size per session:
Up to 120 students in venues with no stage.
Up to 240 students in large venues with a raised stage and space for students to sit comfortably with an unobstructed view of the stage.
Payment options: direct transfer or card payment
Requirements: Well-ventilated indoor venue or sheltered outdoor area, large table (e.g. trestle table), access to a power point.
We can present up to 4 sessions per day. Please allow 1 hour for setup in the venue and at least 10 minutes between sessions for equipment to be reset.
Details of risk assessments and public liability insurance are available on request and all Creative Science presenters have Working with Children clearance.
